Form elements look different

Hi,

I purchased this off of themeforest.

However the form elements look different then that in the screenshots and psd files included.

I have tried in several browsers and versions.

I assume that javascript is being used to replace checkboxes, file inputs and select boxes.

However I cannot see any script in the files?
