linking error

When you click on a link, you have to move the mouse in order for the link to open up. Why is this, and where would I be able to change this function? I have looked throgh the AS and cannot find this anywhere. Is there a fix you know of? Please advise, thanks!

Click on the photo and you will see that if the mouse is not moved, the page does not open, but as soon as the mouse gets moved, the page opens.

How did you get the pages to open? mine wont open any pages when I click on the image - and yes, I have that problem too - you have to move the mouse before the command is recognised.
