Default Stops working in website sub directory

Carousel works great on the primary level on my website such as -

Florida Web Design & Development

However once it will get on a 2nd level in a subdirectory it stops

HTML Website

These URLs are created via my joomla application.

Note: I have tried all the obvious placing complete URL paths in all the XML and AS files. The SWF file is being pulled in correctly but it doesn't find the AS files. The only thing i can think of is the linkage in the movie clip is relative and not absolute so I believe it is looking for an AS within a subdirectory that technically doesn't exist since it is a URL created dynamically through Joomla's SEF mod-rewrite. I racked my brain and can't get this to work.

Please help!!!!

You need to use only the files located in the deploy folder. The AS files are part of the source code, and you are not allowed to upload them where anyone can download them for free.

For your problem , you need to keep the xml file in the same directory as the html file that embeds the swf. And make sure the paths to the images are relative to the html file.

You could also use this solution:
Dynamic .xml-file

It's more elegant.

A. - What DEPLOY folder? I am not putting any link to download the AS files. I am not having a download area of any kind.

B. The problem is I am not using HTML, but I am using php that is mod-rewritten for Search Engines and its tricking your file into thinking it is not in a root directory.

Im having problems with Joomla myself.

Can I ask how you got it working on the front?

I created a custom module with the object info in and added the JS to the index.php but I'm getting real problems with this, if you could exmplain how you added this to Joomla I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

M
