OXYLUS Flash | Stock Flash Files

Hello. I just purchased the classic tooltip from Flash den. When I try to use it I am getting the following error:

**Error** Symbol=Tool Tip, layer=Background, frame=1:Line 1: The class or interface 'ToolTip' could not be loaded.

I have copied the "Tool Tip" folder from the tooltip.fla and have imported the MCToolTip.as files. I am not sure what I am doing wrong ?
