OXYLUS Flash | Stock Flash Files

hi i have followed instructions but am getting this error message please help i have asked for help before and have not got a reply

**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=as, frame=1:Line 3: Error opening include file MCToolTip.as: File not found.
#include "MCToolTip.as"

**Error** Symbol=Tool Tip, layer=Background, frame=1:Line 1: The class or interface 'ToolTip' could not be loaded.

Make sure you have all the files/folders (from the source folder) in the same place as the .FLA file.
