Editing Source Files

Can anyone help me. I will edit the list, big image, files, save them and nothing changes. Im using notepad to change them. What am I doing wrong?

I need to change the thumbnail size - 90x90
I need to move the thumbs to the right so they arent overlapping the big picture
I need to change the speed of the scroll and have it work only when you mouse over the scroller not the big picture
and I need to run multiple galleries on one site.

Any help would be appreciated. Im just using this in a regular html file not in another flash movie. It loads up and it works but nothing changes when I make changes.

Where is the source folder supposed to be located? Ive deleted the entire folder and the gallery still works. that is why all the editing on those files changed nothing. I dont get it.

Apparently you have to keep exporting the index.swf movie in Flash to have any of you changes work.

Open index.fla in flash.
Make a change in a file editor.
Save the file.
Go back into Flash
Export your movie as index.swf

Ive gotten everything to work that way.

It is possible to resize the whole movie it just takes alot of messing with it to get it how you want it. Here is an example. Im only having problems with the scroller slowing down when I scroll up and when it gets near the last pictures.
