I am building 4 page site in DW and have the Easy Image Gallery working great on the first page. How do I keep fla and swf file separate for different pages? You can see I am a beginner... Do I just rename the fla file and create separate folders for images and thumbs? Do I need to mess with the AS?

NO you do not need to mess with the .as files. Renaming the swf / xml / folders for images will be enough
