ERROR when I try to publish it!

I bought this component but can't publish it, create a SWF file.
I just download the component, opened and tried to publish, but it doesn't work . I didn’t do anything so far, just tried to load it...

I put a attachment file JPG with shows the error when I try to publish the FLA file.

Please help! I sent several email but couldn't get a answer.
