Load video size dynamically

I am trying to load a video, and I want the skin to match the video size. I am aware of resizing the "vp" movieclip, but I want to resize it dynamically because some of my videos have different sizes.

I have tried using _xscale and _yscale for the movieclip but it shrinks all the buttons/icons on the skin. I have gone through heaps of your code but cannot figure it out.
