Default Sound wont unload

Hi,
I purchased your file because i was at client office i didn't have access to my own source files. It was a real life saver . I did have one issue that i couldn't resolve. In order to keep it all as it was in your file i had the swf load onto a new level within the project i am working on. This worked great till we realised that the sound was not being unloaded when the close button was clicked and the movie was unloaded from the level. So when another button was clicked to load a different video the previous video sound was still playing. I am still trying but thought i would get this post in as well as wasting another hour trying to resolve myself. i thought i knew enough to be able to resolve this easily but i am at a loss and would really appreciate any input you can give to get this resolved.

thanks
Paul

Default Link above is unresolved

i'm wondering about this same thing. I keep getting the

Error: A 'with' action failed because the specified object did not exist.

The link you sent above is an unresolved link, ends with this very same question. So heres the big question. Whats the answer?
