images do not play

Hi, I am quite new to flash and am still a bit unsure when dealing with code.
I downloaded, extracted and changed the images in the TEST image folder, keeping the same image size and image numbers.
I then uploaded everything to my site and positioned the main.swf on my chosen page and altered the text on the data.xml. So far so good, when I preview on browser everything seems to display ok, the text changes show up, the image outline boxes display but in each of the 10 boxes all that shows is an imaging loading symbol and NO pictures
Please what have I missed?

Make sure your images are named in lowercase. For example: change Img01.JPG to img01.jpg

Also, when you have a problem, it would be great if you could show me a link with a sample so I can figure out what's going wrong.

Thanks for your reply, I did not alter the name of the png images in the test folder I kept the 1-10 numbering
