I would really want to keep everything in flash. Is it possible to do what I want? To me it seems like you just need to rename some code in the action script for each gallery to work. Like I said before, I'll pay you for your time. Also, I dont need the description and title of the galleries, can you clean out the .xml files to get rid of that information?
Let me know, I need to finish this project. |

Hi Adrian, Its 2face again. I have been kinda busy so I did not get a chance to really work with files you sent me. At first glance the files looked like they were going to work for my project. Like I asked you before, is it possible to have each gallery on its own scene? I want to have 4 galleries on 4 different scenes. The way you did it was all the galleries on one scene. I have other scenes that do not have galleries and when I click on them the galleries don’t work.
Let me know. |

Adrian, hey I was able to load your gallery.swf into my site but I noticed that when it load it on the site that I get flickering once in awhile. It looks like it loads the picture but then it quickly fits the picture to the image loader. When I play the gallery.swf by itself I don't have this issue, so I assumed it had something to do with the _root commands in your .swf. So I wrote my AS like this and made the _lockroot = true;
function loadPortfolio(){ contentMC._lockroot = true; loadMovie("gallery.swf",contentMC); contentMC.alphaTo(100,.5,"easeOutExpo") } Unfortunately this did fix the issue either, so now I'm desperately asking for your help. I really like your files I have most of them but I have a harder time customizing them because of all the extra .as files you have. Some times I find my self straying away from them to avoid the confusion but if you are able to really help with the issue through this forum them I feel very encouraged to buy away know that you have this forum of helpful support. Also why do you have all the external .swf, I would think it would make some things more confusing for you too? Thanks in advance for you help, and God bless. ![]() |

Also if you want to see an example of what I'm referring to go to Charley Carlat: Freelance CG Artist and click on his portfolio section. Thanks again.

Adrian,
The way you setup the file is all the galleries buttons (fashion, beauty, music and creative) are all in one scene. I have the rest of the buttons (videos, press-pr, home and contact) go to different scenes. Everything works when I click on the fashion button, the scene that has all the galleries on. I can click on the rest of the galleries and they all work fine. But when I click on other button other than the galleries, the page loads fine, but when I want to go back to the galleries, other that the fashion one, the rest dont work. And they dont work because they do not have a scene with their own gallery. Do you now what I mean? I think the site will work if each gallery section was on its own scene with its own gallery. This is what I asked for to begin with. Let me know if you can mak this work. 2face ![]() |
