XML sandbox issue

The xml file is being pulled off of my server.

http://www.pongleague.net/data.xml

when I run this the thumbs don't load but the big picture does. When I run the file in flash it gives me this:

*** Security Sandbox Violation ***
SecurityDomain 'http://www.pongleague.net/data.xml' tried to access incompatible context 'file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Stephen/My%20Documents/pongleague.net/flash/gallery/test/index.swf'

I don't understand. The large picture loads but the thumb won't

any suggestions?
