Image Size is Stretched

So I one image and one image only linked in from my XML file.

That one image is stretched and much larger than my original image.

Is there somewhere in the AS that I am supposed to enter image sizes?

It was my understanding that this would size dynamically based on my source images. If I am incorrect, can anyone direct me on where to adjust these items?
