Slowing down the mouse scroll on long lists.

Hi.
I have a category that has about 160 names in it all under A.
And the categories are A-Z

I was hoping there is come extra code I can place into the AS to control the mouse sensitivity. At the minute it scrolls in time to the mouse movements, Can I slow this down to make the category more userfriendly.

ie: when the mouse is at the end of the SWF, the scroll is still making its way down as it is slower than the mouse movement.
