Position of the picture

Hello, i needed to resize all the "News reader" to make it a little bit smaller, i have arranged to move diferent elements but i haven´t succedded to move the position of the picture.

You can see an example in here

Where can i change the position of the picture?
If it is from the Action script (i couldn´t find it) in wich file and line is the code?
