submenu font color

OK i have installed this Two Levels Menu 03 here:

Wholesome Energy, Inc.

AND i have most of the functionality working as i like. HOWEVER i have 2 main issues and a third minor issue:

i want the text on the main menu and sub menu to be different (main=333333 and submenu=FFFFFF) i set the "subMenuNormalTextColor" in the xml file to FFFFFF, HOWEVER the submenu button text still shows up very dark and hard to read against my background.

i am also having a slight issue with the submenu not being sticky enough. ie.: the slightest mouse move seems to make it disappear. is there a way to fix this with a slight rollout delay or something in the xml menu?

AND one last little thing, is there a way to make the text bold?
