OXYLUS Flash | Stock Flash Files

Just purchased and having a few issues. 1. How do I set the background to transparent? When I put the menu on a webpage, it shows up with a gray box around it. I need it transparent. no matter what I remove or change, the gray box remains...

2. How do I position this properly? If change the height (i.e., AC_FL_RunContent(
'codebase', 'http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0',
'width', '800',
'height', '30',)
the menu disappears. If I change the height to something like 300, it shows back up.

also, i set the x and y of the menu (in the xml file) at 0 and 0. However the menu still floats right by about 40px. How do I stop this?
