load external .swf files

Hi

I bought this file last week - it's great, thank you.

I am having one slight difficulty, I wish to use the menu in a flash file ("HOME") and use it to load external .swf files into HOME below my menu - I don't want to link to external htmls.

I've looked through the other posts on this forum and I think you have answered this same query but - I just don't understand what code I'm meant to put and, more importantly, where?

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated Thank you!!
