Changing Text Colors

We downloaded your 2 Levels Menu project and I have a quick question... I can change all the tabs and point them to links no problem but am having trouble finding where to change the color/font. In the Read Me doc it says:

“You can change the colors/gradients/text fonts by editing the library items.”

Where do I find the Library items? Also, how can I change the background color? Whenever I export it it's grey but I don't see anything in the Flash file that looks like this.
