load a swf

hi,

in the readme.doc you say "Use it to open URLs or navigate to your movie frames by setting the data field"

I would like to load a swf with a level or goto and stop on a frame of my main swf (i have a main swf that loads the vertical menu swf) by clicking on a thumb but i don't know how to do with the xml file and the files as. I' m looking for "data" but i don't understand..

can you help me please ?
