Questions Before Potenitally Buying

Hello Friends,

Before possibly buying this file I have a few questions:

1. I do not have flash/action script software - is this the correct software for me or should I look elsewhere to buy, ie can it realistically be used without specialist software?
2. I want the borders on left and right to be minimal and it to be fully left-aligned (see question 1) is this possible?
3. Can I set it to open frames (see question 1)?
4. I just want to have one scroller on the left of the page probably (see question 1)?

All those changes can be made but you will need flash software. An alternative would be for me to do those changes and charge you for the custom work ($25/h). Let me know if you are instrested.
