Hi,

I have purchased this product new. I don't know how can i use it. I am not a user of Dremweaver or FLA files.

How will customize this product for my application. Is there any tutorial?

There is a problem in this company. I required help for customizing my product but they have replied to me that i have to hire a freelancer for the job.
Why they don't state that if anybody purchases this product, he/she should know working with FLA files.
I have purchased this product and i could not do anything.

This file was mainly created to be used in other flash applications and it requires at least some basic Flash/ Action Script knowledge to be used as any other products we sell. Regarding the email you've received it was probably a misunderstanding or an automatic message reply. Yes, you can customize contact us ofr custom work on the files you purchase from us, but we can't promise we will take the job right away.

I have purchased "Vertical XML Multilevel Menu". I only need some small help from you as following:

1) In your test directory you have "menu.swf" but in source directory i don't have any "menu.fla" file. Is it normal? Because, when i publish other three fla files i have different SWF file (their movie is different than menu.swf in test directory)

2) When i upload "menu.swf (in test directory)" to my web site (which is flash based online web site builder of SiteMaker company), i have only backgroun, not menus. What can be the reason?

3) I think, i will be able to customize your product by changing "data.xml file". But main problem is item-2

Could you advise me my problems. Otherwise, my $12 will be lost for me.
