Display Problems - Menu covers the html content next to it

Hello, I've purchased this menu from FlashDen.net and I'm having some trouble while trying to use it in my web site.
I want to use it on the left side of we web page as a product menu but it covers everything that is right next to it, even when all nodes are closed. I've tried using transparent mode for the flash movie in my pages but still it doesn't work properly.

What do i need to do to make it work?
