Default How do I resize?

Every time i change the size on the index.html and data.xml the image do not reflect the change. It changes to some unusual size. What is the proper method of resizing?

Do i have to change the fla file?

I am having the same issue. I need to change the size to 675x175 so I change it in the xml file and in the embed code and the related javascript on the html page, but it makes it really small instead of the correct size. Any ideas?

I ended up just having to change the dimensions in the FLA file and re-saving the SWF as well as modifying the XML and HTML and it now works.

I was having the same issue but I found if you add this to the main time line it will make it easier to resize.

Stage.align = "TL";
Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";

With this code you can scale the width and height without distorting how the module looks, or having grey bars on the sides. It will still scale your jpg's by the width and height specified in the xml but this makes it much easier to resize. Make sure that the xml width and height match the embed width and height.

This has worked for me. Hope it can help you out.

You can resize the banner by editing the .xml variables. Please read the help file, all has been explained there.

I downloade files from XML Banner Rotator | FlashJuggler.com. I purchased the licence from there . The zip that i download from there contains:
-directory "test"
-directory "source" - nothing useful for me there
-the word file "Readme - Banner rotator V1.doc"

I use the data.xml and index.swf from the "test" directory. There the file "index.swf" in sized at 590x300, and any size i set in xml below 300 heigth, give me a smaller banner.
For example, i changed in xml:
picWidth="610" picHeight="200"

i loaded swf like this:
<embed src="index.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="610" height="200"></embed>

and the index.swf look like this:

The only setting that look ok with the index.swf you deliver in zip/test is 590x300. Perhaps you changed something in source files and do not updated at Stock Flash Components, Purchase & Download Flash Components | FlashJuggler.com.

later edit: grid is 50px
