Problems with flash cs4. When I've created a new file, published swf is not working. Headings are visible but no text or scroll but links are working

Please help (purchased from flashden.net)

Di you get a font problem message when you opened the .fla for the first time ?

no, no error messages such other thing. It publishes without any error. When I've tried to open and edit in flash 8 (installed in my friends computer) it works like charm. He has edited it and I've loaded it in my flash 10 project with loader component.. which is worked also. But directly editing in flash cs4 is impossible.
